Welcome! I am from Pretoria in South Africa, the capital of this beautiful country. If you ever come to Soth Africa you will meet our glorious Rainbow Nation. My 2 daughters tell me that I am "old". (I am 61!). However I believe differently. I have become wiser yet remained young at heart. Age is just a number. 😃 I believe that we are all on the road to transformation. I hope I can coach and encourage you along our road for self-actualisation and spiritual growth. To this end, I have become a seeker of knowledge for this very purpose. I believe that our life needs to become holistic. Mind-Body-Spirit and with the environment around us. Our personal life. Our Business life. Our world. A little more about me. I want to make sure that the service I provide you is based on experiance and education. To that end: I am formally qualified in a Bachelors degree in ICT, Bachelors degree in Accounting Science and; A Masters in Business Leadership,. I am also qualified as a; Master Life Coach, Business Coach, Relationship Coach, Learner Coach, I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, Teacher in Lightarian Modalities, Core Regeneration, Hypnotherapy, Time Quintessence, and as a Master in NLP. More about me still to follow..... 😊

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY – 8 MARCH 2019

This may sound trite and so easy to say “yeah, yeah of course I know that” however we so easily forget this in the spur of the moment and let our anger and hurt eat into our bodies, minds and spirits.

This was such a wake up call for me I was in this position yesterday where I felt I was being treated wrongly and this gratitude post popped up this morning. Perfect timing 😊

I hope this turns up for you at just the right time too
