
MOTIVATION FOR THE DAY – 2 JULY 2021,







THE MINDFUL PAUSE has two simple steps:
1. Pause and feel your in- breath and out-breath for 10 – 15 seconds.
2. Conclude with a question e.g. which of my character strengths will I bring forward right now?
The Mindful Pause is a tool that anyone can use at anytime to find the guidance they may need from their Higher Self.


Do you know what makes you happy? What makes your heart and your soul dance? Now! In this moment! Not just at the end of the day?
Take this moment to understand what it is that makes YOU truly happy and live that life. Every moment of every day 😊🌻
